Ah of course. That is a very famous image of Partisan Stjepan Filipovic moments before being hanged by the fascists. He is pictured shouting his last words "Smrt fašizmu! Sloboda narodu!" or in English: "Death to fascism! Freedom to the people!" There was a large monument built for him in the former Yugoslavia, which was sadly destroyed during the civil war by nationalist forces.
