Personally I believe that we are primarily discussing semantics, which, sadly, always seems to be the case on this forum. But I call the revolution "authoritarian", because a revolution is forceful and coercive change in the current mode of production, which will change a great many things. I consider this change to be an active decision, made by the working class, and in a case like this, I think that the "aggressor" or initiator, will constitute the "authoritarian" party in the conflict. But as previously stated, it's merely a matter of semantics, and is of very little importance.
