I haven't seen season 2 yet. The plot twists are intriguing. Yeah, normally I don't like ccop shows but the SF elements draws me in. I have mixed feelings about "Liber8". Ambiguous good guys. Not a good portrayal of a revolutionary movement. Let me know how you like Any Day Now. Its on my reading list. If you haven't read it yet Fire On The Mountain is amazing. The guy's a good writer, both for world building and getting in the heads of a wide variety of people. The book made me wistful that we don't already have socialism.
Have you seen season 2 of Continuum? I watched season 1 on Netflix and was left hanging. I find myself intrigued with it despite my best efforts. It's like your typical cop show -- from an alternate reality. (Yeah I know it's Canadian. ) Oh and I'm picking up Any Day Now from the library today or this weekend.
From what I've read by him so far the guy seems like a good writer and he has good politics.I like coming of age stories and especially radical coming of age stories.

So far the same. I've been substitute teaching, on and off since September. This may be leftist paranoia on my part but I suspect I've been blacklisted, partly politics, partly other stuff.Right now I'm working to get my teacher certification renewed, maybe sub in NYC which pays really well.Thanks for asking.
