Fixed, your posts won't be moderated anymore and you have access to Chit Chat now. If you want an avatar you have to click at "User CP" or "Your CP" at the top bar, then go for "Settings & Options" and then "Edit Avatar". You have to "Use Custom Avatar", either upload an image from a site or a saved image from your PC.
