Do you like my new signature?
So I just read your three blog articles. I think I might be a Marxist-Brandonist.
Although I personally have some sympathies with Orthodox Marxism (short-term reform and all that), I agree. I plan on joining the World Socialist Party of the United States after reading a few of their articles.
I view it as probably the only form of Marxism that's still relevant today in modern politics. Variants like Orthodox Marxism (which lost much of its revolutionary fervor), or Leninism (which was specific to actions that were necessary in the Soviet Union and not necessarily applicable to anywhere else), or Marxism-DeLeonism (which basically died decades ago) are more like historical relics than anything else.
What's your opinion on Classical Marxism?
