If you want to be reasoned about it that is fine. However this isn't at all what you did. If you want to have anyone care about 'your opinion' simply at that then you can't state that opinion in such a rude and dishonest way.
Also, it was a successful revolution, for a while anyway. Then the Bolsheviks decided their way was the golden mean. I Do think some of their policies made sense, but while breaking with paradigms on the one hand, they regressed to much of the old zar bureaucracy and old, authoritarian ways under Stalin - exactly the opposite of what the party had promised to the hopeful people in 18/19. In my opinion, Stalin was not a 'fascist' but he held many auhtoritarian views that bring him closer to the far right than to the far left.
No, i think you are not seeing my point. I was merely getting pissed off about all these people defending a dicator under a morose "communist"system which "upheld" Marx theories but failed to implement them. And what do you mean by "everyone who has some sense about Soviet Union under Stalin"? If i say, identify more with the anarchists in prison and Makhnos struggle for freedom, and i do not see how the bolsheviks set into practice their original claims and promises, then thats my opinion. Agreedly, i did go into a rant bout it, but that is no reason to ban anyone.
You didn't just state your opinion on Stalin and his regime you made incredible statements which claim everyone who has some sense about the Soviet Union under Stalin is in fact a Fascist. This is so ridiculous on an open leftist forum that it deserves a banning or at least a warning. Undoubtedly the purpose of this forum is to further leftist understanding of revolutionary theory so that it may better be practiced. Attacking the most successful revolution and calling it Fascism is completely counter to this point.
well if i dont like stalin doesnt mean i dont like revolution. In fact, Stalins regime turned so reactionary he killed anyone who wanted to change something or even instigate a counter-revolution *Hint hint* all anarchists were imprisoned, if not killed.
