From what I know they generally followed the Communist Party of Canada (Marxist-Leninist), which was pro-Albanian but which in the early 90's dropped that position in favor of praising Cuba and the DPRK. I think Prairie Fire would know more about what the modern USMLO thinks of Albania and other states, but I don't see anything indicating it still upholds Hoxha's analyses and whatnot.
Yes, I described the USMLO as a Hoxhaist group. From what I understood, that's correct. I suppose they aren't? I rechecked their website and didn't find any reference to Hoxha (though I didn't look through every article and they don't have a search bar). What makes you say that they're no long a pro-Albanian organization?
