It's not an org. it's just what it means Independence and Socialism, you know a national liberation slogan.
So, I've noticed the organisation you listed in your profile, Independencia y Socialismo, but I haven't been able to find anything about it; a communist party in the Canary Islands seems to publish a paper under the name, but I would hazard a guess that this is not what you had in mind. If you don't mind me asking, what is IyS, exactly? (Ekh, it's late and I'm apparently in spy mode. Sorry if the request doesn't make much sense; it probably won't make any sense to me when I wake up tomorrow either.)
