One more difference I forgot to mention; he strongly believed that the environment needed to be sustained, rather than just to have it's resources exploited, as it would benefit the people more than sudden and rapid industralization would (though that's not to say he didn't believe in industrialization, he just didn't believe it had to be at the environment's expense, hence why he devoted so much to environmentalism and tying it to the core of the revolution)
