It's an interesting read. Alia to the end apparently defended much of what Enver Hoxha did. Of course in 1991 he became a social-democrat, and evidently Ash himself has also moderated his views somewhat (seemingly not to the extent of Alia), but it is a brief biography of an anti-fascist written by another anti-fascist, so that's expected.

I'm aware of that, yes. Conquest is basically ignored by everyone except conservatives now.
