The Mary part. Any idea which Bakuninist said that(Guillame maybe?)? I love these unexpected hilarious bits in Marxist literature, I remember Trotsky noting somewhere that while students and workers in backwards China are eagerly studying the doctrine of materialism, labour leaders of "civilized England" believe in the "magic potency of churchly incantations". Almost fell of my chair when I read that one.

Hey DNZ, do you know of any articles or books worth reading about Althusser and his Structural Marxism? In English or French. Or something about the Frankfurt school, from a more traditional Marxist source. You seem to have an answer for everything, so I ask you.
What "pro-imperialist" positions are you being accused of? If you opposed some anti-colonial struggle, you should look into Orthodox Marxist condemnations of "imperialist economism." That whole post-WWII period of anti-colonial struggles is something worth supporting, even if the countries ended up being economically worse off.
