"All factions of the bourgeoisie are equally reactionary. All the so-called ‘workers’, ‘Socialist’ and ‘Communist’ parties (now ex-’Communists’), the leftist organisations (Trotskyists, Maoists and ex-Maoists, official anarchists) constitute the left of capitalism’s political apparatus."
According to wikipedia this is something they believe. Is this true?

Yes, it's true that they believe this.
All factions of the bourgeoisie are equally reactionary. All the so-called ‘workers’, ‘Socialist’ and ‘Communist’ parties (now ex-’Communists’), the leftist organisations (Trotskyists, Maoists and ex-Maoists, official anarchists) constitute the left of capitalism’s political apparatus. All the tactics of ‘popular fronts’, ‘anti-fascist fronts’ and ‘united fronts’, which mix up the interests of the proletariat with those of a faction of the bourgeoisie, serve only to smother and derail the struggle of the proletariat.

I don't udnerstand how Anarchists could represent the left wing of capitalism but left communism doesn't.

I don't udnerstand how Anarchists could represent the left wing of capitalism but left communism doesn't.Once someone put it this way: "the anarchist obsession with the state diverts the workers' movement". According to the ICC this should be extended to antifascism, radical feminism and other struggles not directly aimed at the overthrow of capital.

I wouldn't swear to it 100%, but I'm pretty sure that the ICC would not now say that alll anarchist organisations are the left-wing of capital, as they have relatively friendly relations with anarchists who argue on an internationalist basis, primarily KRAS (?) in Russia. My personal impression, which may well be wrong, is that relations between the main anarchist groups in the UK and the ICC have improved recently, mainly on a largely-shared view of internationalism. Saying that, it is important to note that the ICC and IBRP and the anarchists would disagree strongly over the notion of capitalist decadence (which the former see as absolutely vital).

Maybe the actual phrasing needs revising, but we hold to the basic idea. Basically, it is a rejection of all political currents, which supported imperialist wars, and rejected an internationalist position.
When it says 'official' anarchists it refers to those who supported participation in WWII, which I believe at the time included the French FA (the official anarchist federation).
However, we recognise that anarchist organisations such as the AF in the UK are internationalist organisations, however much we may differ with them political, and would not include them in this statement.
I hope that clarifies,
