Dear people:

I´m sure the site called "basque-red" is telling the truth, but let´s be very careful about anything that has to do with Basque Country and Basque Nationalism.

I mean, this country where I live in, Spain, sure has a very dangerous right-winged Government nowdays (Aznar), and I don´t trust it at all because of it. But, at the same time, nationalisms are very usual here, even violently, and specially in the Basque Country.
Too many people outside Spain think the majority of Basques want to be independent from the Spanish State, and the contrary is the real situation: only a relatively small group of violent people want it, indeed!
ETA, Herri Batasuna, Egin... They are all the same terrorist kind of people, that kill innocent civilians -most of whom got nothing to do with politics or such-, children, very young people, elders and whoever... They keep telling the whole world they are "oppressed", they say they are leftists (maybe "true" in Stalin´s sense), they claim that they are victims, and people -good, real leftist people inside and outside Spain- trust them. They say the Spanish State is fascist, and I can tell that, indeed, it got all the characteristics of being fascist, but Basque nationalists act the same way!!!
Basque nationalists don´t deserve anything as long as they behave as criminals..., even if the Spanish State behaves like that. Basque nationalists should be better than them, should know better than them. That´s the only way they will be able to ethically be over them.

That cuba site was PATHETIC. Their main argument was those 'cuban photos' of some slummy looking buildings. I must regret to inform them that I have seen buildings in Chicago that look JUST AS BAD, if not horrible. Name ONE fucking country in the world that DOESN'T have a few abandoned buildings! I saw no pictures of opressed people, or starving people, or homeless people; just some shoddy buildings and a cafe. That is their argument!? How sad!
