Israel deny allegations but on Al jazzera they showed footage of it being dropped and on the floor .
This is another war crime among the many . Its f**king sick , the Israeli leadership should be hung but i fear that would be too soft for those criminals.
I'll try find a link for the footage , Al jazzera don't seem to have anything about it yet but im sure its on the live stream .
Death to Zionism!

This is nothing new - the IDF has always used weapons which do not discriminate between civilians and combatants and yet continues to promote the myth that Israel goes to great lengths and even risks the lives of its own soldiers in order to avoid civilian casualties. Israel is widely recognized as one of the few remaining countries not to have banned the use of cluster bombs, which spread bomblets over a wide area until they are stepped on, causing them to explode, regardless of whether the person who causes the bomblet to detonate is a combatant or a civilian. The UN estimates that Israel used around four million bomblets during the 2006 conflict in southern Lebanon, of which slightly more than one million are still buried in the ground, often in densely populated civilian areas. The effect of cluster bombs is not limited to immediate death - when bomblets fall in agricultural areas they can prevent farmers from returning to their fields due to the fear that ploughing may result in a bomblet being detonated, and so this weapon also imposes economic costs.

The US used it in fallujah as well. In fact, the way the attack on gaza is being implemented reminds me of the attack on fallujah (immense aerial bombardment, calling on civilians to leave their homes then declaring the entire place a military camp, use of white phosphorous, not letting journalists in)

Israeli and U.S. politicians are fond of smoke screens.

Israel's activities like this make it very hard to support its continued existence.

Unbelievably sick... Nothing will be heard about this in the US though, the only thing we see on the news is support for Israel. The more left news stations just don't cover it.

From what I have heard it is perfectly fine to use White Phosphorus as a smoke screen and that seems like what Israel has done. The biggest worry coming out of Israel is the comments that a Israeli nationalist has said, that Gaza should be treated as Japan was, sanctioning the use of a nuclear device.
We must not support the Hamas side due to the fact of how the Hamas has chosen to attack the innocent Israeli civilians in Israel. We also should not show a sense of unconditional support to the Israeli actions that have happened and continue to happen.

I don't think we have to worry about that, even tactical nuclear weapons used on Gaza would contaminate most of Israel with radiation positioning if not most of the Middle East due to terrain.

To add to Israel's war crimes;
Israel hits UN refugee agency in Gaza (http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2009/jan/15/israel-gaza-offensive-truce-talks)

Totally sick, but not surprising.
The IDF is the most bloodstained military force in the Middle East.

This is unbelievable! As usually the news mentioned only by the way that there are rumors of the IDF using White Phosphorus and that was it. It wasn't mentioned any further and our beloved "Angie" Merkel has nothing better to do than declaring that she fully supports all of Israel's actions.
Good to know that she's a supporter of war crimes.
