I heard India has several states with "communist" governments. They're all carrying out a capitalist policy though. Perhaps you can enlighten on this?

A Communist government democratically elected within bourgeois democracy? Some how i'm not convinced. Please explain.

I think San Marino was the place where the first communist government was "democratically" (what's in a word?) elected, but welcome comrade.
