So maybe I should say a thing or two about myself? Im mexican. Im from LA but live in Chicago. Im into boxing and lifting weights.

Im not a member of any particular organization because there are none here that I know of but I would love to do that. I sympathize with the revolutionary left. It is something im passionate about - helping people for a better society. I mostly read up on my own. I havent read a whole lot cause theres so much out there. But id consider myself a Marxist after reading the Manifesto. I dont neccesarly want to stick to one certain dogma though because to do that means eventual downfall. Hypocrisy can be good at times when needed. Im very interesting in learning more and being able to one day spread the ideology of what it is to be a true socialist and revolutionary. Id especially like to start a club in my school to let people become more aware. Well thats it I guess. Thanks

SPUSA tends to be a fairly multi-tendency group so you're bound to find your niche there.

Also, I think SDS has strong chapters at UChicago, Depaul, Northwestern, UIC, and other college campuses.

There are a few groups working out in Chicago. I wouldn't recommend any of them though. A section of a genuine communist organization needs to be formed there.
