The State ALWAYS puts profits above people.
I wonder if renters can forcibally invade a owners home and TAKE the value of what the owner owes, in terms of repairs or what be it.
I know excactly waht the Capitalist responce will be, "then don't take out the loan."
But they still ahve to take the risk to become someone right?

The link is largely talking about credit card bills, and if someone used credit cards to "become someone" they're an idiot who should have to pay for their fiscal stupidity.

The government, which wants to crack down on people who evade debts
 How fucking hypocritical can you be. When a financial institution or corporation incurs debt they get a government bailout. The government itself is the large debtor in the world, yet if a struggling worker incurs a few thousand dollars in debt it's a huge crime and thus thugs from debt collection agencies should be able to break into your home, and hold you down as they make off with your personal belongings.
the new powers would be overseen by a robust industry watchdog.
Yes this is really assuring, since government watchdog agencies have done such a great job at preventing illegal actions over the past few years.
