What does this mean? Is this article accurate?
What kind of consequences do you think this could have?
I think hopefully it will do some damage to the exploitative system of migrant labor and maybe even erode some of the barriers to solidarity between immigrant workers and US citizens. In the interim though, it seems like everyone will suffer from this.

Well, I was to lazy to read the whole article but its basically saying that there's less jobs available.
When this happens is our duty to unite the working class and fight for more jobs to secure the existence of the proletariat. Nevertheless you'll probably have also right-wing racist bastards ranting even more about how "ilegals" are taking "american's" jobs.

Pro-exploitation media loves to paint a picture of competition of natives vs immigrants, but it's really unemployed vs those who control the means of production.
Instead of waiting for jobs to come back, the unemployed should simply take jobs back. Both natives and immigrants will need to protect each other from the armed thugs of the capitalist class when they occupy resources and start using them to produce things for the economy again.
