Of course the working week needs to be reduced. I'm working 15 hours of OT every week (so 55 hours total) just to live paycheck to paycheck. I earn slightly better than minimum wage, with a college degree! I work with very intelligent people who have Master's and barely make $14/hour. How can that support a family in Amerika? :thumbdown:

These days you work more for less. Your hard work is taken out in taxes which do little to help the common man. We're still paying way too much for "higher education". The USA is a shithole.

Who keeps count? The people who work minimum wage and need to work 50 hour weeks just to afford rent. Any left over money goes either to the electric and gas bill or food (never all three).

In a better world one should not be required to work more than 35 hour weeks to be able to afford a decent living.

While people are slaving away 50 hour weeks there are idiots throwing basketballs through hoops making millions of dollars, beautiful blonds singing into a microphone making millions of dollars, actors laughing and having a good life making millions of dollars, and CEOs stealing from the worker making millions of dollars.
