After reading this I nearly choked on my sandwich...
"The trouble with Eugenics is that we cannot trust the current crop of morons who are running the world to do it in a way that would benefit humanity. They would approach Eugenics they same way that they have approached other social sciences, and we would end up with a bunch of negro hybrids, and all the moronic lefties would hail it as some sort of crowning achievement in equality. This is obviously not Eugenics at all, but rather dysgenics where they would seek to drag down the exceptional to the realm of the weakest being in all of humanity represented by the negro race.
All though many White Nationalists have expressed disagreement with me on this issue, I firmly believe that a proper Eugenics program must first focus on the nordic ideal, simply because nordics have the largest number of recessive traits which would be lost if intermixed with darker caucasians. Once nearly ideal Nordic men have been identified, these men should be used to seed darker skinned caucasian populations including but not limited to, Southern Europeans, such as Italians and Spaniards, North Africans, Greeks and Eastern Europeans whose bloodlines have been polluted with mongoloid genes, Turks, Arabs, and populations further East into Iran, India, Afghanistan, etc. While it might take one single generation to produce the desired result in Spaniards and Italians, it is possible that it would take 3 or more for the Greeks and the Turks, and more than 5 for the Arabs and the Persians.
These Nordic "studs" should represent as closely as possible the ideal of the white race, while presenting strongly nordic characteristics, such as blond hair and light colored eyes. They should be atheletic, good students and test IQs at least 2.5 SDs (135+IQ) above normal. They should be in good health with no genetically related health conditions, although exceptions might be made for near-sightedness if they have other attributes which are exceptional. Very few, Nordic types would qualify, certainly less than 1 in 1,000.
Our own national populations should be the first to benefit. Ovum (eggs) could be collected from female University students based on race, heath and physical beauty, while special attention might be paid to women who are exceptionally intelligent and nordic in their features. These women might represent the top 10% of all white womanhood. Perhaps, 25 eggs could be harvested on average from each female. Their ovum would be fertilized using the genetic material from the 1 in 1,000 male and brought to maturity by a surrogate mather.
Who is the surrogate mother? Eliminate all public welfare, but offer women something like $10,000 per year per eugenic baby, until the child reaches the age of 18. Due to the increased frequency of triplets and quadruplets resulting from fertility treatment, a potential surrogate mother could find herself making $30-$40K per year as the result of a single pregnancy.
I would expect a program such as this result in children that are on average, more intelligent, healthier, more atheletic and attractive than their average racial peer, but it would be irrational to assume that all resulting children would be superior. Many of the offspring would be perfectly normal, and a few would be sub-normal, but in aggregate their IQs should fall with in the average of the donor parents, so if our college girls have an average IQ of 110, and our donor fathers have an average IQ of 150, then the children on average should have an IQ of about 130. If the donor mothers are all about average height, but the donor fathers are 3 SDs above, then it would be rational to expect the offspring to only be 1.5 SDs above average, or in other words our boys would be about 6 '2" and our girls about 5'8". Really not a bad way to start out in life at all? Tall, smart, healthy and good looking, who would not not to bestow this gift on the future?
After several generations, tall, smart, healthy and good looking would become more the norm, then we could start to export these genetics to the rest of the caucasian world, but of course that would be left to future generations to decide because we would all be dead and gone."
