Anyone a member?
Are they reformist or revolutionary? Morning Star seems somewhat reformist but they describe themselves as revolutionary. But it would seem they're trying to get votes in elections.

They are reformist. Their programme, The British Road to Socialism seeks to establish Socialism in Britain through parliament by both the Communist Party and Labour attaining a majority - an absolute departure from reality. Not only do the conditions for such a strategy not exist but there is absolutely no way a parliamentary majority represents the basis for which to legislate socialism, if that in itself is even possible.
I can't find a copy of the British Road to Socialism online, but here's a few articles:

There isn't a 'communist party' (as in, those who label themseleves, 'the communist party of X) who is not reformist.
Seems weird, really.

The Weekly Worker have a good article on the CPB here (http://www.cpgb.org.uk/worker/752/returnof.html). The suggestion is that they were formed as a recent afterthought to the Morning Star.

I must admit, when I was first getting into revolution leftism, the Communist Party of Britain was the place I applied for membership first. They only seem to be active in certain parts of the country though: I live in the North and they never got back to me.
Ah well, their loss I suppose!

Since when did the re-organized CPGB become reformist?
