Eh, no, you need to get server space and a domain-name before you can put anything online.
Or you can try a free host like https://www.blogger.com/start

Well if you want a website you'll have to buy a hosting account with a provider such as www.godaddy.com (http://www.godaddy.com)
Then you'll have to buy a domain-name and link it to your hosting-account.
However if you have no experience with coding I suggest you get some free server space first to get a hang of it. You can try to contact Malte (the owner of this site) and ask for some server-space. He usually gives it out if it's for a leftist site.

It'll go straight to your site.
However, if you want to get a free domain you'll have to get a .tk site, if you want a .com, .org, .net etc. domain you'll have to register it, which costs about 10 US dollars a year.

will i only need a free domain if i dont use revleft to host it?

You can also use a free domain with a paid hosting account if you want, but you always have to buy a .com, .org, .net etc. domain.
