semitism is crap big crap i say its sad that this is what we call jewish genocide when you boil the facts down really im 5 % jewish so i get kinda pissed but it is very sad that people jokingly call each other jews and think that it never meant anything and that hitler was a wimp. he was no wimp hitler got his ideals from a renegade monk who blamed all germen problems on the jewish population its sad that people would blame another race for there misfortunes anyways dont with semintism !!!!!!!!!!!!

Have any of you seen or heard anything about this recent documentary claiming that the holocoust didn't occur?

Apparently the guy who made it (I forget his name) believes that the allies fabricated evidence of the concentration camps in order to get the jewish people their own jewish state.

There's little to no evidence to back up his claims which makes me wonder why people continue to deny something that so obviously occurred.

Only Nazis and other racist groups deny the holocaust. They do this to gain public favour. They know it happened they simply cannot publically say "I support throwing 6 million jews in ovens." Whatever public credibility they may have had would then be destroyed. And let me tell you, they don't have much of that anyhow. It would be the equivalent of running for office on a "America needs to throw 6 million or so of it's black population in ovens to correct the welfare system" platform.

I would just like to point out that the word "Semetic" refers to the nation/s descended from one of the three sons of Noah after the flood, his name was Shem. The others were Japhet, I forgot what he did, but the founder of the Arab peoples was called Ham. So anti-Semetic is one who goes against the people descended from Shem, and anti-Hamitic is theoretically someone that does not like Arabs.

Funny how we NEVER hear the word anti-Hamitism in the media :angry:

I can't fully recall the entire context, but discriminating against someone on the basis of the fact that they are Jewish, is discriminating against them because they are of a different race. Whether there are other people of that race who are not Jewish isn't relevant.

I am aware that "Semites" are more than just Jews. I don't remember you trying to explain that little titbit (that I already knew) to me.

Don't forget; Race: a class or kind of people unified by community of interests, habits, or characteristics.

Frankly I don't know what you're bring that up for. How has anything I said been contradicted by anything Dhul or One Sick Kid said in this thread?
