i have been posting i am not a right winger but i must ask how you can sleep at night is the only way a lftie can exist by defending themselves and banning those with opposite opinions if so i am going to find a leftie site which appreciates people of all beliefs and discusses reality not idealistioc bullshit

People with opposite opinions are not banned.

Only people who have exhibited racist, homophobic, or fascist veiws have typically been banned.

There has also been a few instances of people who have engaged in endless flame wars or ultra authoritarians being banned as well.

Banning is a last resort and is much debated before being enacted.

1. A message board is not a democracy. This is a "left" board. OI was created to allow opposing ideologies. It's not your inalienable right.

2. You capitalists haven't been banned, and you have vastly different views from 99.5% of the board....what's your point?

This board was created for "Che admirers", if you're not a Che admirer you shouldn't be here. This board is not a representation of a communist/socialist/any other kind of leftist community, it is an internet message board, as it has already been said. Because of the heated nature of debates flames account for a lot of posting. There is much to be discussed amongst the left alone, it is very diverse. That will improve the argument against the right.

The site is as was posted for Che admiresers, yet has become a meeting for left. Where we don't agree with ourselves, we have topics in other forums, and they are discussed. Where we want an over all idea it goes in OI, that forum can be used for any serious debating.

Now ask yourself what you were taught in school.. what does it mean to be an evil communist etc? How can they sleep at night, if it is only by brainwashing children...and so on. Nothing new.

You've never been banned because certain things haven't come to the right people's attention. Even so, this place can be tolerant and you may not be banned anyway.

In addition to that it seems as though you have a warped opinion of everyone here. I wouldn't doubt that you'd call everyone who admires Che a Stalinist. Viirtually everyone here does admire Che.
