I have heard mixed remarks about Fluoride and major health risks involved. Most say that the amount we take in daily is not nat all the amount it takes for it to be harmful. Others say that as little as the normal amount in toothpaste and tap water (like mine) can cause weakness in bones, birth defects, cancer and loss of brain tissue. Its sounds a bit extreme, is it a real risk?
