In regards to being "official"... more or less, aye. I'm not a member (yet, I've been meaning to send off my form)... Although, I did this on request by RH who is part of it.. so, yeah...

As for the cardboard pattern; it's literaly just a matter of overlaying an image of cardboard (if you search the textures category on devart there are good hi res pictures in abundance) :)

I got this far trying to get it to look Ok, i kinda like it so far but yeah it was hard to get it to look right:

One thing, why so much empty space at the top left? Did it not look as good with more balanced space?

I did try it out with a larger IWW logo there and also with a quotation (which escapes me at the time)... I couldn't get either looking quite right so I decided to stick with the neg. space

Of course, if people want to use it, they can also mod it with their own images/texts there.
