77 of these deaths occurred after "combat officially ended" in May.

The Iraqi freedom fighters will continue to use devastating urban guerilla warfare tactics until all of the oppressive occupying forces have left their land. When did combat "officially" start? For that matter when did this "officially" become a war? I know were breaking some international and national laws here but how is it being done "officialy"?
