Same law system, close the border. poeple get provided with food and all the essentials; if they dont work (which will be quiet unintensive); they get less of what the system offers (and hopefully the most punishing factor will be pier pressure). A culture of workers emerge; that do their bit and then can consentrate on what they really enjoy, art and philosophy, video games (perhaps this is a few generations down the line). Poeple dont need all that much, and with new technology coupled with communism perhaps all people can be left without the brunt of sustaining their existance and focuss on life and not survival; then maybe man can evolve.
This starts off with some "crimes", which are better than the ensured existing crimes of capitalism; nothing is going to be perfect, but this is best.
And this needs THE MAJORITY BACKING IT IN THE FIRST PLACE, THIS CANT BE ENFORCED ON A POEPLE. (sorry i hit caps lock by mistake, and im not retyping it).

Well I don't really think we're in the position to be thinking about the "perfect society" or whatever (I know you didn't say that exactly). At the moment the aim should be to combat the injustices of capitalism and to raise awareness in the working classes rather than sitting around daydreaming. But maybe that's just me. Anyway i consider my opinion on any new society irrelevant, it's not what I want, it's what the masses want.

Yes but its also important to know how things will physicaly manifest, to see if we can bring our concepts to the correct practicle ends; or theres no point in trying to convert the masses.

Well personally I'm not converting anyone, I'm raising awareness as to how the world is and to what other people have thought/think (eg Marx and Engels). I'm not "converting" like it's some kind of religion, I'm telling it like it is! (or at least what I know it to be, which may not be the same thng since I'm ignorant in a lot of fields).

Well be careful which words you use, they have connations whcih people don't always take well to. Remember that in future, ok? I'm not getting at you, don't take this the wrong way.

Well, socially I would like to see a very liberal society...one in which individual rights are respected (including economic rights). Democracy, of course, would be key...and none of that shitty "democratic" centralism bullshit. I'd like to see political power split up on many levels with locality, regional, state, and national economic planning and social programs. I'm not a big fetishist about decentralization or centralization...just whatever works.
Economically, I propose a relatively complex system of market socialism in which private enterprises are allowed but still must respect labor laws which would guarantee some level of worker self-management (though I'm not a big fetishist about that either). Ownership issues don't really concern me so much as issues of simply improving living standards. If the market works, go with it...if it doesn't fix it. As a socialist, however, I believe that the government shouldn't have to pull (many) punches. The wage system should be left pretty much intact.
To tell you the truth, lately my thinking hasn't been much more than radical social democratic ideas. I'm really not a fan of set ideologies. Pragmatism is for me the most important aspect of any system.
