I feel the same thing, urban. When i was a kid it was all about pizza, french fries, and coke. This is what I'd call the "yummy phase". THen I entered the "mature phase", when I developed an appreciation for the taste of beer, horseradish, tobacco, salad, mous, steak, and more, shall we say, "elegant" flavors of life.

I still like the "yummy phase" foods though. I haven't lost my sweet tooth for McDonalds. ;)
