Capitolism is an economic system just as Communism is, it is unfair to drag government into it.

Yeah but under communism they wouldn't have to strike.

I actually think South Korea may be going through a phase America went through about 100 years ago. There were instances where American troops would machine gun worker protests. Though it was kept under wraps. South Korea isn’t known for their tolerance of free protests. They will grow out of it eventually.

Anyway, a strike is a good way to get what the worker needs. The relationship between employee and employer is mutual- they need each other. And under capitalism we could strike and get higher wages, not go along as a robot.

History has proven time and time again that striking works quite RARELY. This "mutual" need that you speak of, does not exist. We don't need them, and they don't need their workers in specific, they just hire more. Also, the US quite often turns strikes into protests, and protests into riots. What happens in riots? Plastic bullets, tear gass, and cops ready to beat the shit out of people. Laissez Faire doesn't work, no matter how often you say it. It doesn't work in theory, nor in practice. It's had a hundred or more years to try and work. So strike, you wont get higher wages, just somebody else will go in and work.

I think the feeling is mutual. North Koreans are extremely brainwashed.

South Korea doesnt want to unite because of the economic impact on their prosperous economy.
