What song is this? Halp plz

So i heard this song on an independant radio station (fbi) here in sydney - it's kind of electro-ish (def electronic something genre), i think there is some female vocals - but a key part of the music is the sound of a phone ringing. The phone rings in the background throughout the song and more prominently at the start and end of the song (but also in pauses throughout the body of the music). I think it must be a fairly recent song (2008), and somewhat popular (at least as far as independant radio stations are concerneD).

Does this sound familiar to anyone? Any help identifying this song and its creator would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

I've tried looking for it online but i don't have enough information about it - the results are too big to sort through.

I was hoping someone hear might instantly recognise what i was talking about!
