He is a mere puppet of the Russian regime. Russia blackmails many nations in that area beause of oil money. The lunatic murders his people and has renamed the days of the week, he has a picture of himself the size of a building, he has a revolving gold statue of himself in his palace, he has protection deals with Russia, and Russia could force a democracy on Turmenistan any day but they want but they dont. They are happy they have this man in their pocket.
