So yah i'm making a portfolio in order to get into the local art acadamy and i'm putting some random ideas for pieces i had over the years to practice to make small portfolio.

Here i made a visual interpretation of the song "Die Moorsoldaten", an popular german anti-fascist song made by political prisoners of the Nazi regime in one of the first concentration/work camps in the early 30's, which housed social-democrats, communists and anarchists mostly. The song was writen for a theatre preformance played by the prisoners during a cultural evening, and the songs lyrics contained an incognito anti-fascist message.

So my work is bit of a melting pot of insperation, i took the abstract black&white isotype/symbolism from gert arntz, deconstrutive cubism from picasso, and the cute character drawing style of Marjane Strapi :p

so yah here it is, be gentle :blushing::rolleyes:
