Emory Douglas produced the stunning art, and did the layout, for The Black Panther newspaper and served as the Minister of Culture for the Black Panther Party. His work was both artistically inventive and politically on point. His work, done before the age of computer graphics, demonstrates the value and possibilities for influence of radical imagery.
