Poison

Hey-lo. You can call me Yvette or Poison, whichever works.
I've been learning and discussing communism online for a while as I live--well, lived--in a very isolated area and have for a long time. Now that I'm moving/moved somewhat into the city I'm hoping to get more involved and educated (instead of attempting to decipher texts online, for some reason it's harder and can't print anything as I'm in an anti-commie house). I'm starting college to get a degree in Journalism and am in the process of forming an anarchist and communist commune in Iowa (we have the land and are basically done planning so will likely be done in 2-4 years......if interested let me know).
I don't really agree with the CPUSA entirely but am joining them and hope to meet more comrades in my area, as well as hopefully discuss it and learn here (so far my attempts online have had little success, it is surprising how some people can be so incredibly immature and disrespectful, even to comrades).
I'm the kind of person who sees little point in being religious and blindly following the words of the old communist thinkers (well, being religious and blindly following anything for that matter...) and who wants to be extremely critical of Marxism as well as the other ideologies or ideas in order to make them stronger.
The term I use to describe my specific ideas on Communism is anarcho-communist, though as Communism by it's very nature has to be at least somewhat anarchist (being classless and all) the only point of this is to point out that anarchist bit to those who don't realize this. I'm not really sure which idealogy I fall under nor do I care much.
Anyways, hope to learn and discsuss respectfully with comrades.
Love you all, whoever you are.
