View Full Version : give me back my culture - ashamed to be a wasp?

The other day, I was in the French Quarter. I have an office job in New Orleans and was given half the day off. Anyway, I made the mistake of walking down Bourbon Steet all the way to the end.

What did I see? A bunch of gay people having a festival right out in the open. Some of the men were dressed like Dolly Parton. Some were dressed like Barbara Streissand. Others were decked out in leather caps and chaps like they were some weird gay bikers. Everyone was laughing and having a good time. It was all so socially acceptable. Somehow I missed the joke.

Don't get me wrong. I believe in freedom. I believe in the freedom of keeping your perversities in the closet. I believe in shame. If you want to act shamefully, then you should do it some place in private where no one can see.

This country is going down a wrong path. Pornography is a booming business. Children can't behave in school anymore. Atheism and feel-good Christianity is running rampant. Drugs are out of control. The list goes on and on.

If you are a whiteman with a job, people treat you like the enemy. You're too conservative. You've been holding people down. What a bunch of crap. It was my ancestors and people like them who made the country what it is today. Now we are getting shit on from liberals, drug-dealers, and guys who want to dress-up like Reba McIntyre. Enough is enough.

But that's exactly what your ancestors made it:)

sonofsam
13th June 2003, 09:56
My ancestors didn't make it that way. My government has been taken over by too much politically correct liberalism. We're afraid to tell the truth anymore.

CubanFox
13th June 2003, 09:57
And what's the truth, exactly?

sonofsam
13th June 2003, 10:02
For instance, look at AIDS if you want the truth. I remember being a kid in the 80's when that stuff broke out. Oh, it's going to be an epidemic. Soon it will get into the straight community. And on and on and on.

Well, I've never met a straight person with AIDS. I'm a single man, and I've had plenty of unprotected sex. My friends have also had loads of unprotected sex. We don't do drugs, and we don't make love to other men. I've never caught a vinereal disease.

Yet people harp on and on about how AIDS is growing in the straight community. They forgot to add it's growing in the members of the straight community who stick needles in their arms. If anyone should have AIDS, it should be me and my buddies.

It's just more liberal propoganda. In America, it's still a disease that mainly affects gays and drug-addicts. But everyone is afraid to admit that. No one has the balls.

notyetacommie

So AIDS goes well with your culture, right? I mean, it is incorporated in it- that's what comes to mind comparing you two posts. I tell you what. There are also children whose mother infected them while giving birth.

CubanFox
13th June 2003, 10:15
And just because you've never seen something doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

sonofsam
13th June 2003, 10:27
You can both talk all the crap you want to, but you know it's crap. I feel bad for children born with AIDS. But junkie prostitutes contract the disease. They pass it on to their offspring. How is that the fault of decent people just going out to make a living? It isn't. People can't take responsibility anymore, so they point the finger at government.

Listen. Innocents suffer. Our blood supply was contaminated because liberal political officials were too afraid to tell gay men that their blood was no longer wanted. Then, when word finally leaked out, do you know what the militant gays did? They gave blood in record quantities thinking they were being discriminated against. Just think of all those innocent hemophiliacs who died because of cowardly politicians and militant radical homosexuals.

No, AK, I'm afraid you're wrong. What I'd like to do is dress up my girlfriend like an Indian, dress up like a cowboy, tie her to a tree, put a black leather mask on her, and fondle her in public. If I were gay, I'd probably get away with it. Being a straight man, I'd end up in jail. Secondly, if I end up in hell, I'll probably see you there, too. We can both burn together.

CubanFox
13th June 2003, 11:14
Trust me, the vast majority of gays are nothing like that. It's the very vocal tiny minority that are.

Liar!

If you live and work in New Orleans as you claim, you knew exactly what you were going to see on Bourbon Street.

You were hoping to see some kind of "outrageous" public behavior...and you got your wish. You wanted to "gawk at the queers" and feel all smug and righteous...and you were able to do that.

There are places in most cities where people behave in a somewhat less restrained fashion than they do during Sunday Mass at St. Braindead of the Suburbs. People know where those places are.

Bourbon Street in New Orleans is one of the most famous...or infamous, if you prefer. There are only two reasons to go to Bourbon Street...to take part in the festivities or to gawk.

Gawk if you want to...but don't come whining to us about the quality of the show. It's not as if you had to pay to get in.

This is a pretty stupid post, you are actually claiming AIDS isn't a problem for straight people because you don't know anyone with it ? I know alot of gay people, about 10 or so, none of them have AIDS. I also know alot of straight people, 2 of them have AIDS. Actually, one has HIV one has AIDS. The one with HIV got it when his condom broke, the other got it because he was too fucking stupid to use a condom. You ***** and moan about the spreading of AIDS, yet you and your brainless buddies are going ou thaving un-protected sex ? Fucking idiots.

People like you are whats wrong with society, perfectly content to ***** up a storm about the worlds problems but never ready to do anything about it. I cannot believe you are fucking stupid enough to have unprotected sex. That's the main reason it spreads. Also, have you never heard of gonorea ? Syphilis ? Herpes ? And you are still having unprotected sex ? I don't use condoms with my girlfriend (she uses birth control) but that is because we only sleep with each other, we know we're clean, and we know we only sleep together. You are the reason diseases spread, I hope you get AIDS.

That is exactly what he is claiming...He obviously knows how a computer operates if he is posting here, yet he can't look up simpe statistics from the CDC> I smell bullshit as RS pointed out (he's still not talking to me)
This twat knows the real story, he's just trying to create an argument. I'm sure he's got a fine list of slage written down while he was viewing this forum as a guest last night. I would imagine it's him a nd a few of his adolescent friends hovering over his monitor just waiting to giggle when someone types "fuck"

What a jackass.

Haha great post RedStar!

and since when all gays have to be dragqueens? I know a lot of "normal" looking people who are as gay as they can be, yet they're not dragqueens. Go figure.

I know a couple of straight guys who get a kick out of being dragqueens. Their girlfriends love it too. ;)

Well "sonofsam", straight man of the good old United $tates, it seems you won't become too popular in here. Too bad really. Maybe you should go to some gay pride festival, take a microphone and tell the audience that you are fed up with them destroying your beloved country and spreading AIDS. Just to let out frustration, you know.

I'll visit you in hospital. No, actually I won't.

You must be blushing, sonofsam, you really must. Now we know why you know what shame is.

Fuckin' Hell..... I agree. Any fuckin' person with half a brain can see that AIDs is a universal phenomina. You can be straight or gay and still get it. A friend of mine was stabbed (needled) by a AIDs infected IV user while being mugged. She now has AIDs.

....Jerry Falwell is just the sort of fuck up to start talking shit about everyone who isn't "pure" "Christian" "right wing" or "ethincally white"

"AIDs is gods tool to illuminate the sinner....a disease from sinners to sinners"
J. Falwell.

OleMarxo, what was the point of resurrecting a 2 year old thread?

No offense, but your largely unintelligble and generally incomprehensible post didn't exactly "shed new light" on the subject.

Thread Closed.

p.s., in the future can we all agree not to needlessly dredge up ancient topics?

SHEEESH!
