Why dont we have something like: A whole break down of what your utopian system would be (or closest to it).
Like how it would work, what would motivate the people (try making this world with real poeple not "utopian" people), how would consequences work; the law. Why does it work and is better than all the other ways that this world is currently going about sociaties structure. Shout at me if you think im misguided but im pretty sure this is the best way to convert and accertain what is the best way a sociaty can work. (try make it so people from this work could cope, obviously you can pretty much do whatever you want with an indoctranated generation):
Mine would be a communist state, that would only make sure that everyone was catured for, people would work in their niches and if they didnt want to or couldnt be placed to their contentment, they could leave to a designated place and do whatever they wanted there (there will always be people who can never be opeased). Law would be the same pretty much, which would also run totaly apart from the ruling state, a certain infrastructure would be in place so debate could be conducted and the winner would be accertained by how much they serve certain stipulations in some sort of a constitution, very basic things would be in this document that would basicly just protect the individual. Then law could just evolve like that. People wouldnt work that much, just enough so everyone could live comfortable, people would concentrate on what brings them joy, like the arts and generaly higher thinking perhaps even science, perhaps this would create a slower technoligical progression, but then perhaps man could evolve his humanity to the same level as his ability. This type of structure would change the course of human evolution into something quite more wonderful. Im sure this is what communism has in store for us, except I have heard some talk of it turning into anarchism, I have always considered anarchism as a micro form of capitalism that just doesnt work because then there is no structure to contain some of humanities more evil attributes.
So now someone can pick wholes in my vision and then give his own and in the end, we are left with something that we can all support and implement together!
