The communist ideology does not deal with justice system. The question makes no sense.

How is a Communist society suppose to be established with no thought out rules and laws? It seems to me like something important to have?

hey guys. I was told by you guys that the community would decide on punishment. what is to be done about a community possibly made up of say murderers and thats what they do. obviosly justice in a place like that would hardly be justice at all. what is to be done about this kinda community?

A 'community of murders' wouldn't last very long - they would just kill themselves! But in a community where most people are not murderers, (which is basically everywhere) common laws would be established based on what the local people think is right and wrong
