This message board exist in a free market society. The list of communist societies is dwindling. I am pretty sure "Capitalist-lives" is not available in Cuba or North Korea. You have to be able to afford computers and internet service first. If you can not afford to buy food, then you can not afford PCs (and Windows, poke at Bill Gates).

Would a "Capitalist-lives" political discussion be even allowed under any type of comunication medium under a communist society past and present?

I have always heard of communsit propaganda, but I have never truely see it. Where is it, and are we sure its propganda and not just the highlights of what communism offers. Sure I am aware of economic sanctions on Cuba. You made a very broad and unclear blanket statement.

Then why wasnt the economic might of all the other communist friends sufficient to build up Cuba to a modern industrial nation? While communist countries became stagnant in post-WW2, free-market Marshall Plan recipients rebuilt themselves and had economic explosions.

Sanctions did not prevent the Soviet trade block from conducting trade with Cuba.

Cuba is not the only country under trade restrictions, which you did not specify.
