Ehh, that would be a good opportunity for american martial law. I remember hearing that food riot speculations was one reason so many "martial law" exectutive orders where being put on the books as well as the FEMA/Homeland Security merge as well as the FEMA dentention camps being built up across the country. That was one thing I heard, but I did read in a military report that the detention camps where for the idea if civil war breaks out in south america and their is a flux of mass immigration.

But FEMA says the camps will house:
Illegals
Dissenters
Act as housing for mass arrests
and other 'undesirable'
