Well, to put it simple, the video pans into some forest area place. Some guy is tied up on the ground.

Another dude in camo with a large knife comes in and proceeds to saw at the guy's neck until his head comes off. He takes the head and places it on the corpse, camera zooms in...and then video done.

You can see everything, so it does get pretty graphic...but to be honest, I had a harder time watching 2 girls 1 cup.

Not only is it terribly stupid to even hint at wanting to commit murder over the internet, you should really think about what you are saying. Whom defines what 'fascism' is? People here merely equate it with racism, however this isn't particular to fascism at all. Many people, particularly young people, are racist. We don't go around cutting their heads off - the point is to show their common interests with workers of other nationalities and how their racism hurts themselves and others, in the long run. You can make all sorts of claims over the internet without having to back them up which might improve your sense of self-importance but really just makes you look like a dick. When it comes down to cutting someone's head off I doubt many here would have the guts to do it. And that's a good thing: because its murder.
