Who here listens to Queesryche?
They are one of my favourite bands :) and are amazing.

Mindcrime was a great album (though not the pinnacle of progressive metal, as some seem to believe). Mindcrime II, not so much. :rolleyes:

Benhur, that is one of my favourite songs too : ) yeah Geoff Tate is an amazing vocalist.
My favourite song from Operation Mindcrime is definately 'Suite Sister Mary', in fact I would possibly go so far as to say it is one of my favourite songs of all time. :D
'The Mission' and 'Breaking the Silence' are also awesome.
My second favourite album by Queensryche is 'Empire'!

I am a lot more into progressive rock than I am into progressive metal, and Queensryche are one of very few progressive metal bands that really do it for me.
I guess it's all opinion. :)
