Is the USA benign or malign? - what do you think

I'm doing some school report on the USA, whether its a hegemon and if so it it good or bad.

Do you guys think that the US government or the country as a whole is benign or malign?

the US (tumour) would be malignant, being as it is exerting it's influence over other parts of the continent (organ) and spreading to the oil fields (lymph nodes) and further to make it increasingly difficult for rest of the world (body) to function as it would like.

The government is definetly malignant. Just look at the history of their effects in South America and their pushing and shoving in the UN, as well as the recent war and funding of the IDF.
