Bush and Blair - for nobel peace prize

I am watching CNN right now and its just been announced that some dutch guy has nominated George Bush and Tony Blair for the Nobel Peace Prize. What? Nobel PEACE Prize, not Nobel Unmerited-baseless-first-strike-invasion-for-strategic-oil-puposes Prize. Any opinions, comments? I'd love to hear from someone who thinks they deserve it.

First off, I don't think they deserve it. Secondly, I think this is a hoax. Nobody, not even die-hard capies would nominate Bush & Blair for a peace prize. They, (at least) realize that Bush & Blair began a war. This should eliminate them from the ballots.

First of all, the man who nominated them is a de-hard nationalist cappie, who has no REAL respect from most people.

Still, this are thratening enough, so I have decided to swear a rather drastic oath:

If George Bush and Tony Blair is ever given the Nobel Price of Peace, I hereby swear to lay down on the road between the Gardermoen Airport and Oslo, and will not remove myself until driven over or removed by physical force.

My praty, the Red Electoral Alliance planned to do the same when Bush would come to Norway in a week or so (cancelled), so I am sure my friends will be willing to do so again (it was done when Clinton visited the country)

I still think this is a bit strange, as I can find no info about this in Norwegian media, since the prize is given here... strange...

He, I'm from Holland and I haven't heard about this. I could only find this Norwegian guy Harald Nesvik.

Pretty ackward if they would give the peace prize since last year the committee made a clear statement by awarding it to Jimmy Carter.

But hell they gave it also to Arafat.
