What he says in the video makes sense, but sometimes it doesn't work. I recently had to interact with someone (I do my best to avoid him on all occasions) who says extremely racist things, all the time. Even if you call him out on it and point out what he says is racist, he doesn't care. He hates black people that much; every time I've ever been around him, he talks about how all non-white people should die because they're lesser then white people. How would you challenge that person's views in a manner to get them to think differently? To start to bring them away from all that hatred.
