I notice that Georgia is not marked for conflict. That was the most obvious omission saw.

That conflict is over now, militarily at least.

True. The word conflict is pretty broad, I would still consider there to be a conflict in Georgia.

It still has some scumbags, but I wouldn't call it conflict.

Nice map.
Yea. I think it's kind of interesting. I'd like to see what the "conflict areas" looked like five and maybe ten years ago. I wonder how much has changed.
I'm suprised that Mexico has so much conflict. Is that you Commies causing trouble? Maybe that's why they colored the trouble spots red. ;) From what I've seen of the place it seems pretty peaceful and authoritarian.
Also, I'm suprised at Central India. But funny they didn't mention Tibet.

Mostly Drug Cartels, although down south (which is'nt shown) the Zapatistas have been holding out pretty well.
Northern Ireland still has some conflict.
If you include Norther Ireland on that, then you gotta include LA :P, and then you have to include pretty much the whole world.
Maps like this are useless, its very subjective and would change in a day.

Where is this map from? What is supposed to accompany it? I'm sure there is some writing that goes with it.

Dude, I literally had to smash open a sauerkraut jar the other day and then move the sauerkraut to a new jar. Sauerkraut is actually much like chewing tobacco in that it's more potent when you've got little glass shards in it.

the whole "civilized" world is in conflict with its immediate environment,so i feel like this map might be biased. who decides what a "conflict" is?
