I remember seeing Space frontman Tommy Scott when he was playing in a Mod band called The Substitutes and they were supporting an American Jam tribute band.

Also saw Space live a few times, the last time of which was at a campaign for a minimum wage gig. I remember their ginger haired guitarist (sorry can't remember his name off hand) was a bit disrespectful to people on a low wage while the band were on stage. I went off them after that. I think the band split up about 5 years ago or so.

nah mate Space are long gone. They were ok, had one or two big hits back in the heady days of Britpop in the mid-90's.
