ok, so we have occupied the factories, shops, etc. Its spread pretty far so we have a stable and democratic revolution, workers councils have been set up, etc. What now? How do we get set producing and paying people fairly, i.e. according to communist 'rules'? I mean, seeing as this is just post revolution, we wont have that free bank of resources produced from which we can all take. So do we implement "from each according to his ability, to each according to his effort"? Do we implement that until we no longer need too? How do we pay people, what are wages, how do we work out what x amount of work corresponds to in terms of what you can buy? etc. I'd like to talk to an Anarchist for a long time about this.
And also a Trot too, if someone'd PM me.

The short answer: we don't know. We can speculate, sure and I think there is plenty of that, but realistically everything we come up with could be nothing like what would actually happen. All of those decisions will be up to the people living in that situation. I would imagine all of the local federations would come up with a proposal and bring it to the larger federation and some sort of decision would be reached, possibly allowing for local variations.

"from each according to his ability, to each according to his effort"?
Of course not.
From each according his abbilties to each according his needs, not effort, efort has nothing to do with Anarchism. Moreover as that you ask, no there wont be any "payments", no salaries, no nothing.Just people take what they need ny trading perhaps, or by a central """market"""(place where goods are goint to be).
Notice though, that this is for Anarchism-Communism.Other branch of Anarchism can say different things, inluding some sort of banks, markets and etc shit!

This is an important question. The mass strike is part of the means to the end, not the end itself. We must build stable organizations of the working class before the revolution, we cannot rely on the spontaneous actions and ideas of the working class alone. A reason would be the fact that capitalist production relations create capitalist social relations. If we don't progress towards a socialist mode of production, then we wont see stable socialist social relations. We need central and democratic planning of society (which opposes spontaneity).

So do we implement "from each according to his ability, to each according to his effort"? Do we implement that until we no longer need too? How do we pay people, what are wages, how do we work out what x amount of work corresponds to in terms of what you can buy? etc. It's possible that money (in some form) might be required temporarily right after revolution (or during revolution/civil war) but a plan should be made to phase out certain resources almost immediately, preferably the basic necessities first, out of the money economy and re-distribute them according to communist principles ("from each according to their abilities, to each according to their needs") such as food, housing, water, etc.
Over time we began to phase out other goods from the (I suppose it's called a temporary market) and have them distributed based on communist principles.
Although this is just speculation.
However, we may have a form of "free bank of resources"...it's possible to re-distribute stuff that's stored in ware-houses, Cost-co, etc on a communist basis.
We can try to use the abundance from capitalism long enough to get the industries running efficiently.

In regions with a large worker-owned cooperative presence, such as some regions in Spain and Northern Italy, cooperatives already voluntarily work together. I imagine such action would become large-scale, and that the benefits of joining such associations would attract different organizations - with one stipulation: you must socialize production. In anarchism, we would we see a similar thing occur with "protection cooperatives" - or namely, democratic protection networks. We can't know what will happen in the future, though. If the system just collapses with no organization, we'd probably revert to statism. We need to build up these organizations first.

There are so many factors to take into account. How advanced is the technology at our disposal? How large a region has undergone a social revolution? How widespread is opposition? As long as everyone has a role in the construction of a post-revolutionary society and as long as we keep our priorities straight, there are an infinite number of ways we could go about transforming society.
