This is a correction to some things i wrote in this forum in the past week. im not sure where i wrote these things, so thats why i am starting a new thread.
i wrote about al-Kohei being unknown in Iraq by most, and if they did know him, they didnt like him. however, i was reading my notes incorrectely, and the person that fits the above description is Shalabi (sp). Shalabi was convicted of embezzelment in Jordan, and suspected of it here in the US. he was recently taken to Iraq, and has been seen with Tommy Franks. it is said that he is being pushed to lead the new "interim" government, but some within the government deny this.
Al-Kohei was the son of an important scholar, and i stand by what i wrote about most of the people in iraq not liking him. as the Iraqi that i talked to said, he was blessed with a great name, and thats about it.
