So far America has illegaly used Cluster bombs on civilian targets, as well they have used DU and Napalm in Iraq. At the moment they are shipping over some chemical stores for use in Baghdad.

They nuked japan twice in world war two, and they had a fondness for napalming cuban crop fields, and that was in peacetime !

Yes. But this time they are wearing shiny armour. They are not breaking anylaws you see? They have one that exempts them from it in their people's eyes. The moment any kind of chemical war fare starts America declares her self a selfrighteous hypocrite.

Chiak, I don't see why goths or punks should be purged? No one should. Besides, u'd kill anyone who didn't agree to your capitalist war. The Americans are using illegal weapons, they'd use Daisycutters and/or nukes if they could.

Would I hire a racist who lives off his wife?

From what I have read on this thread, you are applying civilian sense and attitudes to soldiers. There are rules for war, they are not breaking any rules of war. They may be breaking civilian intrepretations for the conduct of war, but they are by no means breaking laws as interpreted by thier own legal staff.
You can never apply civilian laws and morals to soldiers in combat. They exist in a world beyond civilian norms. That is why every modern army takes lawyers with them into combat, to make sure they follow military laws. To judge soldiers in combat by your attitudes is completely unfair and has been understood to be unfair by civilian courts no matter what country you live in.
